With a background in product and project management, Elisabeth has had plenty of experience leading high-growth teams empowered by data in the consumer and real estate industries. After overseeing acquisitions, renovations and the expansion of serviced apartments group Duschel, she honed her data instincts at a fashion and furniture search engine, where she introduced data science-led keyword tagging to predict demand trends. With a keen sense of the power of data, Elisabeth created Skwire to apply similar concepts to the property industry.

CTO & CO-FOUNDER
As a serial entrepreneur and data geek Bilal has founded several PropTech startups. He has grown two companies into multi-million pound businesses. Bilal leads Skwire's technology strategy, using our 150 million data points to optimise every last bit of rental yield. Previously, he was co-founder of Property Technology Ltd, which helped 200+ estate agents to identify new vendor and landlord leads, win new instructions, and grow their businesses. Within 12 months, they were managing 300,000+ property enquiries quarterly.

Becca manages the investment strategy for Skwire, working across current and future funds. She has 10+ years experience in management consulting and real estate across companies like Deloitte, British Land, Hoxton Hotels, and Invel Real Estate. With a focus on structuring institutional funds and investments, she has diligenced and managed €2bn+ of real estate transactions, including Invel's majority stake in Pangaea, Greece's largest REIT, and the acquisition, management, and disposal of a £50m mixed residential, office, and hotel portfolio in the UK.

As Skwire's operations manager, Sam is responsible for the sourcing and renovations management of the Skwire portfolio. He has spent over 10 years buying, managing, and selling property assets, including overseeing 20+ developments and acquiring mixed-use estates with 50+ units. From negotiating with sellers and chasing solicitors to managing contractors and architects, Sam uses his extensive experience to execute quickly and effectively.
Education: Highgate School, RICS and APM Project Fundamentals Qualification
PROPERTY MGMT LEAD
With over 13 years in property management, Davina oversees the day-to-day operations of Skwire's properties. Her strength is in prioritising tenant relationships, having owned her own estate agency in the Croydon area and efficiently managing residential portfolios of 50+ units. Davina's strong prioritisation and negotiation skills create well-maintained homes, while her empathy and people skills ensure happy tenants.
